As we strive to make our Cocktail Bar “business in the front - party in the back” the real reason behind the name is because it’s our namesake! We are Colin & Marissa Mullett, a brother-sister team. we’ve created something that can’t be found in the South Hills.
Mullett’s is a family affair, with Colin, and sister Marissa running the day-to-day operations, while their father, Jim, is president and chief financial officer. High school friend Gabe Bevilacqua is the head chef. “We’d like to be a middle-of-the-road, community-oriented, slightly higher-end place for people to come and hang out,” Colin said.
